Call your local halal grocer and place your order. Let them know HalalDirect will be picking it up. Please ensure that payment for your groceries is arranged with the store.

Schedule your delivery with HalalDirect Services. You can do this in various ways: call or text the hotline, or schedule it online.

When you schedule the delivery, make sure to tell us store name from where you ordered, the time of the order, pickup details, delivery address, and any other details the driver may need to know (like gate code or special entrance instructions).

Once the store finishes packing up your order, we will pick it up. We’ll let you know when we do. After we pick it up, we will deliver it to you in the time frame that you selected.

Unlike those apps, we don’t charge extra fees. And we definitely won’t charge extra during ‘busy times’ like those other apps do.

Our hotline is always available. And there is a real person on the other end to help you with any questions you may have.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time. If you find that you do need to utilize our services after you have cancelled, don’t worry - you can always schedule a one-time delivery.

This is the plan for community members over the age of 60.
2 deliveries per month with additional deliveries at a discounted rate of $12 per delivery.
AARP members get an additional discount

The Standard plan includes 2 deliveries per month.
Additional deliveries are charged at a rate of $14 per delivery.

The Family plan includes 4 deliveries per month.
